Pricing questions, answered.

Is the pricing fixed or does it change?

Fixed at signing. Install fee is one-time. Monthly is locked for the first 12 months. Renewals adjust to your then-current tier with 90 days notice.

What does “shadow mode” mean for billing?

You pay the install fee at signing and the first month at the start of execution — not during shadow mode. Shadow mode is a build-trust period, not a billing meter.

Can I cancel?

90 days written notice. You leave with your full action ledger and any custom code we wrote for you. No exit fees.

What if I outgrow my tier mid-engagement?

Tier upgrades are billed pro-rata starting the month of the upgrade. We tell you when we see signs you should upgrade — not after the fact.

Are there per-seat or per-user fees?

No. The operator runs as a daemon, not as user accounts. You pay one tier price regardless of how many people use the dashboard.

What about API token costs?

Included in monthly. We absorb Anthropic API costs as part of the tier. Your bill doesn’t fluctuate with usage.

Do you take equity instead of cash?

No. Cash only. We’re a real business, not a startup play.

Is there a free trial?

No — but Discovery (2 weeks) is fixed-price and you get the findings report regardless of whether you continue. That’s your low-risk entry point.
