Information we collect

• Contact and assessment information you submit, including your name, email address, company, role, project details, and the answers you choose to provide.
• Attribution and basic technical information associated with an assessment, such as the landing page, referrer, campaign parameters, browser user agent, and submission time.
• Client portal account information, including your name, email address, company association, role, hashed authentication records, support requests, replies, and access audit events.
• On public marketing pages only, aggregated page-view and device-performance information used to understand site traffic and Core Web Vitals. Marketing analytics are not loaded inside the private portal.

How we use information

We use this information to respond to inquiries, evaluate requested work, provide and secure client portal access, deliver approved reports, operate support, prevent abuse, diagnose failures, and improve the reliability and usability of our public website.

Alaiance does not sell personal information or use private portal activity for advertising.

Service providers

We use service providers only for the functions needed to operate these services:

• Vercel hosts the website and provides privacy-focused Web Analytics and real-user performance measurement on public marketing pages. Learn more in Vercel's analytics privacy documentation (opens in a new tab).
• Formspree processes submissions from the contact and early-access forms when those forms are enabled.
• Turso stores website lead records and private portal operational data.
• Google Workspace delivers requested sign-in links and service messages.

These providers may process information in locations where they or their infrastructure operate, subject to their applicable terms and safeguards.

Retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the requested service, maintain business and security records, resolve disputes, and satisfy legal obligations. Authentication tokens are stored as one-way hashes; sign-in links are one-use and expire after 15 minutes. Reasonable safeguards reduce risk, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information Alaiance controls, subject to contractual, security, and legal retention requirements. You may also ask a privacy question or report a concern.
